Restorative Yoga + Massage
This offering is part of a quarterly series, and you are welcome to sign up for a single session or reserve your spot for multiple sessions in advance:
Sunday evenings
1/18/26 | 4/19/26 | 7/19/26
5:30-7:30pm at HUM | $50 or $45 for members
Our popular Restorative Yoga + Massage evenings are back on a quarterly basis! Join us for an evening of Restorative Yoga, nourishing touch, and divine relaxation. Sarah Walker is a Certified Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor based in the Twin Cities and will guide you through a dreamy and supportive restorative practice while offering massage and hands-on adjustments while you are in the postures.
Restorative postures will be held for 10-20 minutes with invitations of support from yoga props. This will be a quiet and still practice with music, meant to deeply relax the body, mind, and spirit. Massage will be done in postures intuitively for each person to allow for deep release and restoration. Some places that may be targeted are the neck, shoulders, back, hips, hands, and feet. We welcome you to some deep care.
Space is limited to 10 people so please register in advance to reserve your spot. All levels are welcome.
Our events are thoughtfully prepared and led by passionate facilitators. To respect their time and commitment, tickets are non-refundable.

Do you want an easy way to get unstuck and break free from negative mental habits and detach from unhelpful thought patterns? Join Jes Rosenberg at HUM on Thursday nights in February to try the self-healing practice of Yoga Nidra, a beloved workshop series we are thrilled to bring back.
Anyone can try it! (Especially if you are tired, irritable, overwhelmed, feel depleted, or stressed.) It’s one of the most accessible and empowering holistic well-BE-ing tools that humans have to release anxiety and cultivate deep calm.
Yoga Nidra is roughly translated as “yogic sleep”. It is a self-healing and nurturing practice that helps you to reconnect with your inner knowing. Laying down, you get into a ‘rest nest’ and are guided in a deep, systematically relaxing meditation. Your brain flows into a transformative Theta state of consciousness (awareness) that occurs between waking and sleeping.
The uplifting meditation practice is a very gentle and positive way to reset your bodies flow of energy so that you can release stagnation and blocks and create a change of consciousness. It’s ‘Energy therapy’ on a cellular level and all you have to do is listen. It’s the perfect ancient system for our modern times to help raise your vibrations.
February 5th, Session 1: Healing & Awakening
February 12th, Session 2: Relaxation & Stress Release
February 19th, Session 3: Hope & Joy
We have one scholarship option available (to attend this workshop for free). If you are interested, please email us and we will get you set up. We will prioritize those in marginalized and underserved groups.
Craft-y Hour!
Second Saturdays | 2/14 + 3/14 11:30am-1pm | Free!
Join Clara (our resident ceramicist and Emma’s sister) for our latest offering… Craft-y Hour! This gathering welcomes you to hang out with other craft-minded (or craft-curious) people.
Bring your own crochet project, sketchbook, or other activity. Perhaps you’d just like to puzzle or journal! In addition to ceramic work, Clara is a very adept knitter. She will bring some learn-to-knit kits for purchase if you’d like to learn how to knit a cowl. These kits will be $30 each. Stuck on your own tricky knitting pattern? Clara can help with that too!
Bring a friend! Go to the Wine 101 tasting next door from 1-3pm! Here’s an easy way to get out of your house this winter and flex your creative muscles! Free to attend, pre-registry appreciated.
We’re always looking for ways to collaborate with our community. Fill out the form below to share your workshop or event idea and learn more about partnering with HUM!
